Your Mind Matters

In 2020, MCI Australia launched Your Mind Matters, an initiative to take care of talents’ mental wellbeing.

​​​​​​​This multifaceted health and wellbeing initiative is run in collaboration with Senior Management, local Performance Architects and Sustainability Champions.

The aims are to highlight the importance of maintaining a healthy mental framework, to look out for others who might need some friendly help, and to connect talents to resources and professionals.

As part of Your Mind Matters, various activities are offered to talents:

  • Monthly “Unmute Yourself” sessions: a safe environment for talents to share and connect.
  • Coffee & a Chat – Monthly sessions randomly matching colleagues with each other to have a chat over a coffee or tea.
  • Educational resources and other solutions to foster talent wellbeing like free counselling sessions, Doona Day.
