Permission to be human

We offered our talents a series of meditation and yoga sessions.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, our colleague Nisha Mullatti (and guests) offered all our talents a series of 45-minute online sessions available worldwide to acknowledge and work on our anxiety and fears.

During the sessions, talents learnt simple healing, easy to do yoga and meditation tools and practices that can help face difficult times.

It was also a safe space to share our thoughts and feelings.
