Stronger Together

A group of colleagues in MCI & Dorier Switzerland arranged virtual workout sessions to stay connected and lift their spirits.

In 2020, more than ever, our teams needed to stay connected, keep their team spirit, but also care for their physical and emotional health.

With Covid-19 restrictions preventing us from gathering in-person and since working out alone can be not-so motivating, a group of colleagues in MCI & Dorier Switzerland arranged virtual HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) sessions 2 to 3 times per week.

Run by our lovely colleague, Emily, who improvises herself as “Personal Fitness Trainer“, these intense sessions benefited our team’s body, mind and spirit.

Anyone was welcome to join the sessions, including spouses, partners, children and even pets!
